Next Digital ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Mockup 3D Studio software application (the "Application") distributed via the Microsoft Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Application.

By downloading, installing, or using Mockup 3D Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because Mockup 3D Studio values your privacy and security, we operate under a strict "data minimization" principle:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
• No Project File Tracking: All 3D scenes, mockups, dimensions, and custom image textures you import into the Application are processed and stored locally on your device (using a local database and storage). Your creative work never leaves your computer and is never uploaded to our servers.
• No Payment Information Access: We do not collect or process your credit card, billing, or banking details.

2. Information Handled by Third-Party Services

A. Microsoft Store and Authentication

Mockup 3D Studio is distributed through the Microsoft Store and operates as a subscription-based (SaaS) software.

To validate your subscription license and access the Application, the software utilizes native Microsoft Store APIs (Windows.Services.Store).

User authentication and subscription management are handled entirely by Microsoft using the Microsoft Account log-in tied to your Windows operating system.

We only receive an anonymous digital receipt from Microsoft confirming whether your subscription status is active or inactive. Microsoft's collection of your data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

B. Local Visualizations

The Application includes an embedded internal HTTP server used exclusively to preview your completed 3D mockups in your local web browser. This service runs completely offline on your local machine (localhost) and does not transmit data over the public internet.

3. Analytics and Performance Data (Telemetry)

To maintain application stability, optimize WebGL/3D rendering engine performance, and fix critical bugs, the Application may collect anonymous diagnostic and technical data (such as application crashes, device hardware capabilities, GPU model, and OS version). This data is completely depersonalized and cannot be used to identify you.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided a third party with personal data via our app environment, please contact that specific platform provider (Microsoft).

5. International Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
